Risk ManagementIdentifying risks comes with experience. This entails the imaginative process of playing out a variety of scenarios and establishing the consequences thereof. To combat risk we perform a qualitative risk analysis followed by response planning and monitoring. Clients should be made aware of risk throughout the project life cycle to enable timeous corrective action to be followed. |
